Upgrade to Pro
To switch between monthly and yearly later, click Manage Subscription. Manage Billing opens Stripe’s portal for cards and invoices.
Cancel or reactivate
Click Cancel Subscription and typeCANCEL to confirm. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period, and can click Reactivate any time before then (you need a card on file). After the period ends the workspace is on Free, and subscribing again needs a new checkout.
What happens at a limit
Nothing is deleted when you reach a limit or drop to Free.| Limit | What happens |

Invoices and cards
The Invoices tab lists your Stripe invoices, with a PDF when Stripe has issued one. Payment Methods adds or removes cards. The only card on a subscription that is still renewing cannot be removed. Plans set up directly by Kelu are not billed through Stripe, so they have no invoices or portal.Usage
Usage, for owners and admins, shows this month’s AI questions against your allowance: used, remaining, when it resets, and when it will run out at the current rate. Below that are Questions Asked, Resolved Conversations and Deflected Tickets for the last 30 days. Resolved Conversations counts thumbs-up votes from every surface: the widget, the API, the bots and the dashboard. A vote that is taken back no longer counts.Owners and admins get an email when questions reach 50, 80, 90, 95 and 100% of the monthly allowance. Turn thresholds off or add recipients under Settings → Overview → Usage Alerts.
